Hannah & Rob’s Church & Tipi Wedding

Today marks the first anniversary of the wedding of Hannah and Rob. It’s a wedding which we’ll forever remember as it was the very first wedding at Elmbridge Farm, a brand new wedding venue and my goodness was it a cracker!

Hannah and Rob stayed on-site at Elmbridge Holiday Cottages, arriving at the Farm on the Friday, the day before their wedding, looking typically zen and smiley. The afternoon was filled with tipi decorating, ceremony rehearsals and the arrival of the wedding party staying in the cottages.  The wedding day quickly came around with bridal prep starting early in the morning, up in The Swallows, the penthouse bridal suite overlooking farm. In the early afternoon the wedding cars arrived to take the bridal party to the ceremony, held down the lanes at St Mary’s Church.

The reception was held on the tipi terrace in the sunshine, overlooking the lake. Music, drinks and canapes were set amidst a relaxed vibe with lawn games and hay bale seating. Food was supplied by Lord Mortons Tea Rooms, local to the village. After the wedding breakfast and speeches, the evening really got going with a live band, whom the wedding guests certainly did not disappoint!

All in all it was an unforgettable day, filled with laughter, a blessing from the weather Gods, enviable dance moves and giddy wedding day love. All immortalised perfectly by photographer, Lisa Carpenter. Check out the full photo coverage over on Lisa’s blog, here
