Top Suppliers of 2022

Written by Sam Dearn – Venue Manager.

Planning a wedding can be rather daunting – especially if you have no idea where to start! At Elmbridge Farm, you’re given the freedom to pick your own suppliers, therefore creating your dream wedding exactly the way you like it. With the many different suppliers out there, choosing who to be a part of your big day can be a tricky decision. Therefore, we’re here to offer a helping hand.

It was difficult to narrow it down after one amazing season and so many unique weddings but here are some of the top suppliers we’ve seen come to Elmbridge Farm this year and have blown our couples, their guests (and us!) away.

Mobile Escape Room by The Game Lab

This was an interesting one for sure, and certainly unique! A personalised mobile escape room was a nice touch to this wedding. Wedding guests were given a series of clues and questions about the bride and groom, the fastest to get through and escape was crowned the winner – a little friendly competition never hurt anyone!

Yanthia (Caricaturist)

A caricaturist definitely adds something extra to your wedding day. Your guests will enjoy it and it means you and your guests have something to look back on – in the form of art – that reminds you of your wonderful day.

Lissie Art

This live wedding artist was a surprise to many guests at a wedding we hosted this year, including the bride and groom. Lissie was hired by a family member to paint the ceremony live at the venue! She observed the ceremony, capturing the most magical moment, then put paintbrush to canvas for the next eight hours, producing a beautiful painting of the bride and groom, creating a permanent moment of a memory they’ll treasure for life.

Dramatic Events – The Singing Waiters

If you want to surprise your guests with an over-the-desert performance, this set of performing waiters were absolutely brilliant. They arrive at the beginning of the wedding, posing as bar staff and getting to know the guests. Then, when the guests least expect it, they break out into song and dance, getting everyone involved in the performance!
